  • • Original packaging must be intact and sealed
  • • All original materials included (box, authenticity certificate, care guide)
  • • Return initiated within 30 days of delivery

Exchanges

If the fragrance isn't quite right for your taste, we make it easy to exchange. You can exchange for a different fragrance or size within 30 days at no extra cost.

Exchange Process

  2. 2. Provide your order number and details about the exchange
  3. 3. Receive a prepaid return shipping label
  4. 4. Ship your unopened fragrance back to us
  5. 5. We'll dispatch your replacement immediately upon receipt

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective fragrances, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund immediately.
